IT'S SWEATER WEATHER! MY FALL HAUL OF COLORFUL AND NEUTRAL FAVORITES

It's finally sweater weather around here!  I've got a big sweater haul to share with you full of colorful solids, patterns, and neutral favorites so there is something for everyone!  These are from a mix of retailers, all of them except a couple are around $30-40 or less. There's lots to scroll today so let's get to it!

I'll share the sizes I bought, for reference I'm usually a M-L depending on style, and many of these come in different colors if you like the style but want to see other options. You know as soon as I saw this sweater it was a big YES for me!  And even better, it's 100% cotton.  The Christmas green makes me excited to wear it as the holidays approach (I'll definitely be layering a plaid shirt underneath sometimes) but I'll enjoy this one year round, too. Also a winner if green is your school color! I'd recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit, I'm in an XL.

I couldn't add this one to cart fast enough!  LOVE the pattern and color mix, it also comes is a darling navy color mix that I really think I might need too.  And, there's a short sleeve version as well! This one is a little heavier weight, wearing a L.

One of my favorite sweaters that I already have in several colors has some new options this season.  How pretty is this lilac?  So soft, light-medium weight that is perfect for crisp days or layering under a jacket or blazer. I get an XL in this one for a looser fit.

This pretty green is another new color, I've loved pairing it with this colorful new scarf.

If you saw my Fall Porch I shared this striped cardigan but wanted to include it here too, I layered a graphic tee underneath this time.  Wearing a L but wish I had bought a Medium.  Other color combos available, the khaki one would be fun for Fall too and I already know I'm going to want the pink and orange one in the Spring!

I love the split collar v-neck on this one, not to mention the pattern!  It has the prettiest pale pink and olive colors in it that would be so cute for bottoms to match with it, but dark denim looks great with it too. So soft! I'm wearing a Large Tall. (long arms here! Currently 50% off!)

I have never owned a Cashmere sweater, but I do now!  Walmart of all places has several styles this year and I'm really pleased with it, especially with all of the color options! I think I'm wearing an XL here but I prefer the L.

Same cashmere cable link sweater in my other favorite color! I like it with this ruffle neck blouse under it too. Wearing a L.

Well this one is fun!  I can hardly resist anything in a pink and red stripe (and love it paired with leopard!).  V-neck button up cardigan, slight bubble sleeves, super soft!  Wearing a L here.

Another big winner, this vibrant green turtleneck.  No notes!  Wearing an XL here but it's too big, reordered in a L instead. (I find this brand usually runs small for me, so I'm never quite sure if I'll like a L or XL.)

I bought several solid colors of this sweater last year, had to get the leopard this year!  Incredibly soft, size up unless you want a very tailored fit.  Wearing an XL and I wouldn't want it one bit smaller- currently 50% off. I LOVE it paired with plaid- try it! (This top is from last year, here is a similar one.)

If you want a 100% cotton classic chunky cable staple-in-your-closet cardigan, this one fits the bill. I took this on our trip and it's a great cozy layer to throw on over pjs, not to mention for a regular outfit. I wanted mine oversized to wrap up in so this is a L, but could have done a M for a more tailored but still comfortable fit.  Layered it with this amazing denim shirt! If the shirt is showing sold out for you, it's worth clicking "notify me" when it's restocked- you won't be disappointed.

This is an all cotton light/medium weight tunic style, it reminds me of a sweater I would want for the beach.  I like it with a front tuck but wearing it loose would be long enough for leggings. 50% off right now, I'm in a L.

Cuteness alert!  Other than our grand dogs we are not necessarily dog people (we have a cat!), but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate a fun canine design on clothing or home accessories! Very soft sweater, I love this one paired with my brown gingham top.  50% off currently, oversized- this is a M and still plenty roomy.

You'll think this one came from America's favorite preppy retailer, but it didn't!  All cotton, classic cable knit.  The L is a traditional fit on me but wearing an XL here for a little more room. (The price went a little crazy since I got mine, check out this 100% cotton zip up hoodie that's closer to what I paid for this one.) Here's my horse bit patterned scarf that comes in a 2 pack of different colors.

This polka dot sweater is just too much fun!  I paired it with these pull-on wide leg black pants for church last week, so easy to dress up or down.  Wearing an XL but it's a tad big, a L would have totally worked too.

The navy and white striped version of the same lilac & green sweaters... I consider this one a neutral!  I love to pair it with a Fall houndstooth blazer and scarf.  I have it layered with this jacket that I found on clearance at TJ Maxx last year, found one listed here and similar ones here or here.

I've had this sweater in two colors for a few years.  I love the quarter zip with the collar laid back, or zip it up for a mock neck.  Super soft and comfy to wear or it's own or layered, haven't had any pilling or anything on this one. It has a generous fit and the fabric is somewhat stretchy, I have a M in this one.

I like to wear this soft ribbed tunic style sweater with leggings like athletic wear, but it definitely works with jeans too!  I think it's a good cross between a sweater and a sweatshirt. I like the stand up collar and have 2 colors, I usually pack one on most of our trips. With the longer style, I size up to an XL in this one for a loose fit.

OK last thing... I try hard to get sweaters that are all or mostly cotton fabric mixes, but for those sweaters I do have with a synthetic mix that might tend to pill... THIS IS THE BEST TOOL!  I have had multiple clothes shavers in the past but this one puts them to shame.  The double heads work so well and so fast, I can clean up any sweater pills in a flash.  I've used this on upholstery fabric that has pilled as well, it's a gem! (Great gift idea too for those hard to buy for people!)

By the way, I wasn't really styling outfits here, just showing you the tops. But, I'm wearing these medium jeans, these similar dark jeans, these simple hoop earrings and this coin necklace in most of the photos.

Do you prefer the colorful round up or the neutrals?  I love them all!  I had another big affordable Fall styles post a week or two ago, see that here if you missed it!
