IT'S A COLORFUL LIFE: 24 CHRISTMAS HOME TOURS RECAP

"It's the most color-ful time of the year..."  Last week was packed with 24 vibrant, eclectic, moody, unique, creative homes for this year's It's A Colorful Life Christmas Home Tour!  I so enjoyed visiting each home and pinned plenty of ideas and inspiration for next year, I hope you did too!  In case you didn't quite make it through all of the tours, here's a recap of each home that was on the tour this year.  Stop by and say hello sometime when you get a chance! I kicked off the tour by sharing my Christmas Porch and Entry-

and here's a peek at each of the other homes.  Many share much more than the one room I'm posting here today so don't miss out! I love the variety and unique designs in these tours, "colorful" is interpreted many different ways and I'm here for it all!

Southern Nell's Gracious Living
- Lori capitalizes on the Grandmillennial style and has a serious eye for attention to detail!

Mum Little Loves- Hayley and her family moved into a new-to-them home and have been renovating each space bit by bit.  Although the rest of her home might be a bit of a construction zone, the Living Room sure is looking festive!

tatertots and jello- Jennifer never ceases to amaze me with every decked out room of her home!  She's also super crafty and has the best DIY ideas, I'm always excited to see what project she has up her sleeve next!

Kaleidoscope Living- the thing that stands out the most to me in Tasha's home is all of her colorful artwork! She created a great deal of it and offers prints and a variety of other fun products in her online shop.

Southern State of Mind- Heather's charming, traditional home is always full of lovely rooms, and her nutcracker collection deserves a round of applause!

Our Fifth House-  Carmel's front and back porches truly epitomize the southern outdoor living ideal!  Love the crystal prisms she used on her little tabletop tree inside too.

Blue Agate Abode- Miranda's soft color palette and vintage pieces throughout her home are so sweet yet sophisticated. Be sure to check out the pretty ornament garland she made and cleverly incorporated with her pothos plant!

Carla Bethany - Carla's bright and cheery decorations just make me smile, and would you believe that her star tree topper was a DIY project???

Diana Rose Spier - Do not miss Diana's impressive giant porch wreaths, and I'm smitten with her interior green walls and blue and white accents!

The Pink Clutch - Every one of Paige's photos are always packed full of the prettiest things!  It's like looking at an I Spy: Home Edition book.  :)  Her swan planter filled with poinsettias is just darling!

Southern Hospitality - The variety of blue ribbons and collection of Shiny Brite ornaments that Rhoda used on her tree are so pretty!

Home With a Twist - Melissa turned her Dining Room into her Ladies Lounge.  How brilliant is that?!?  All of her mixed colors and patterns- from her gift wrap to her table setting- really caught my eye!

SKG Designs- Sara's home is as colorful and layered as ever, I love the twin wreaths she hung over her bed and that sweet needlepoint pillow!

Zig & Company-I could share every photo from Courtney's tour, I love everything she does, but this image of her staircase just took my breath away!

Serene & Co.- Rachel and her family are celebrating their first holiday season in their new home.  It is coming together so nicely and has been fun to watch how she has changed things up a bit from her previous home.

Pender & Peony - I mean, you could stick any tree in front of those fabulous gingham drapes and it would look good but this one is stunning in its own right!  Katherine's "Apres Ski" theme in her family room is really fun too.

Maggie Overby Studios - The exterior of Maggie's home is very traditional so she kept her porch decorations classic, her green door sets everything off beautifully!  Be sure to hop over and see her gorgeous kitchen makeover that she recently completed looking all festive too!

Less-Than-Perfect Life of Bliss - Julie's home is just cozy and inviting, she's been changing some things here and there and it keeps getting better and better!  And, she just welcomed her first granddaughter over the weekend with her second grandbaby due anytime within the next two weeks... life is not boring at her house!!

Joyful Designs Studio- Joy's cobalt blue doors and pretty Christmas greenery are the showstoppers of her porch and are so inviting to welcome visitors into the charming Entry just inside!

Speaking of DIY - Thrift queen Kate has filled her home with colorful furniture and layered in mix and match pieces that are a delight.  I still love her Parrot Pair artwork that she painted herself- and hand made a ton of individual faux bamboo pieces to craft her own frames for them.

Kate Decorates- Kate's home is full of whimsy and cheer.  Her blue cabinets in her pretty kitchen are a eye-catching base for her festive holiday touches!

Casa Watkins Living- Stephanie shared her kids' playroom- which looks waaaaaaay too nice to be to be a playroom! ha!  That rich teal sofa! I love that she let her kids decorate every inch of the tree and she didn't change one bit of it.

Haneen's Haven - Haneen's home is a different kind of color than mine... moody, dramatic, and layered and I couldn't admire it more!   Those darling presents in the display case and her massive mirror in her new Dining Room makeover really caught my eye!

Thanks so much for catching this Tour Wrap-Up today and partying with us last week!  May your homes be filled with color and cheer and your favorite things and people this holiday season!
