FIVE FRIDAY FAVORITES

Happy Friday, friends!  Whew, it was a busy week on the blog... I hope you enjoyed all of the Fall posts!  Here are a few of my recent favorite finds that I think you'll enjoy too, two of my five picks today are sweaters... what can I say?  It's the time of year to get cozy!  (*This post may contain affiliate links, read my full disclosure policy here.)

Recently I commented on a friend's cute cardigan, and she shocked me when she told me where it was from!  When I went to see for myself, I came across this darling cardigan too.  It's a winner!  It's a fine cotton weave (so it won't pill), a nice weight, and the lining is a contrasting color that shows if you cuff the sleeve too.  I knew my daughter would love the olive green color so I got it for her (actually we can share it, bonus!).

I also got the camel color that we can share.  This color might be sold out online but you should be able to find it in store if you check.  It also comes in two other staple colors.

I was wearing this leopard cardigan in some family pictures I shared earlier this week.  You all have been asking about it and I wanted to show you the cute pink one I got too that's just like it (it actually comes in 5-6 different colors)!  It's a long duster style and I recommend sizing up at least one, maybe 2 sizes depending on how roomy you want yours.  I'm wearing the pink one with jeans or gray joggers or leggings right now, but think I'll especially love that color in the Spring!

Night Time zoomed in fuzzy cell phone pic, but it's the best one I had of the full sweater-

Speaking of cozy, this book just came out and I'm looking forward to reading it!  The Nester's (Myquillin) blog was the very first home blog I discovered years ago, and I've enjoyed following her practical ideas over the years.  She's currently on her book tour pulling a tiny cozy barn behind them all the way.  I have her first book and enjoyed reading every word, not just looking at the photos like I tend to do with some of my design books...

Several years ago my Mom gave me her set of Spode Christmas Tree dishes to use at my house, and they're one of my favorite things to use for the season!  See them hiding behind the ornaments in my china cabinet last year?  Here's a 12 piece set (service for 4) that's a great deal, order now so you'll have them ready to go in a few short weeks!

These Gold Metallic Platform Loafers caught my eye recently.  Just like my metallic gold flip flops or sandals are my most worn Summer shoe, I think these would go with just about everything in the Fall.  I like the extra height the platform sole adds but at less than $30 I love the price even more!

Side Note:  If you're in the Oklahoma City vicinity, tomorrow is a HUGE jewelry sale at our church!  Seriously, there are thousands of statement necklaces, earrings, and bracelets to choose from, ranging from $1-12.  These pieces are from India and all proceeds benefit missions.  Hours are from 10am-3pm and only cash or checks are accepted.  Stop by and get a huge start on your Christmas shopping,  I promise you'll find something for all of the girls on your list! See more details here.
