FIVE FRIDAY FAVORITES

Hello everyone, happy Friday!  Time gets away from me, it's been a bit since I've shared a Five Friday Favorites list with you but I have some good ones today!  I'm currently sitting in a waiting room while my Mom has surgery to repair a torn meniscus... my sisters and I are about to be on nurse duty for the near future!  In between caretaking we're also squeezing in a trip to the OKC Arts Festival this weekend where my niece has an exhibit of her paintings .  We're so excited for her- if you're local and are going, look for Evie Griffin's booth! OK, on to this week's favorites! I'm loving this mix of  pink and red tulips !  I think they are incredibly realistic and I've found about 5 places around my house that I want to use this arrangement... ha!  I peeled the petals apart and bent them on just a few stems to make them look more realistic.  The two bunches that I bought gave me this big arrangement and about 10 stems left over that I put toget......

FIVE FRIDAY FAVORITES

I haven't shared Five Friday Favorites with you in a while so this one is a doozy and packed full of good things! If you're newer here, 99.9% of the time I make these lists up of things that I personally have and love and am confident recommending to you! It's always a random list and I hope it's helpful and you find some good things you'll love too.  So here we go!  1) I shared this photo in yesterday's Valentine's Day Porch post .  This leggings + button up + sweatshirt combo is my standard  winter "uniform" several days each week when I'm working around the house or just running errands.  I needed some new winter warm leggings this year and have tried out several... there are 3 different ones that I ended up loving!  My basic requirements were I wanted pockets on the leg for my phone, a smooth buttery fabric that wouldn't attract fuzz, cat hair, etc., and as streamlined as possible with no crazy seams.  I found all three to be true to si......

FIVE FRIDAY FAVORITES

1) Ruffle Trim Pillows-  I've picked up the cutest ruffle trim striped pillows lately!  First my Grace Harris Collection  block print ruffle pillow covers  that I shared earlier this week, and now look at these striped cuties!   Sadly, this size sold out before I could share with you, but good news that  this print is also available in a 16x24 size .  Love that size for chairs or the middle of a bed or front of a pillow stack on the bed.  The description says "Orange Striped" for the color, but I think it's a very reddish orange and could totally pass for red depending on what you mix it with.  Either way it's adorable!  I found some other fantastic things from H&M home right now, too.  I have some hot pink pillow covers from Ikea that are no longer available and I always get asked about them-  these look like a near perfect match !  I added a monogram to mine, there are other good solid colors to choose from too.......
