We're starting our third Summer with our new patio, and it's times to freshen a few things up.  I'll be working on that this next week, but here's a sneak peek just for you all of what's coming!

I'll be using those fabrics for some new pillows.  You might recognize the black and white spotted fabric from some pillows I've had in the house, but I've never left them on the patio because it wasn't outdoor fabric and I knew it would get faded.  Well good news, I found an indoor/outdoor blend!  I bought the very last of it from my usual source, but found more here if you'd like to snatch some up too.  This is one of my very favorite black and white prints to mix and match with (Cotton indoor fabric here, and it also comes in gold and gray!).

The floral is also indoor/outdoor fabric and has all of my favorite colors!  It's very reminiscent of a  Lilly Pulitzer fabric to me, but at a fraction of the price.

The cherries fabric is not an indoor outdoor blend, but a thicker cotton duck cloth fabric.  I took a chance on it for some pillows that will stay in a dry and shaded area of the patio for the most part.  It was too fun to pass up and if it's done after a season or two I'm ok with that.

I love the makeover on this old chest in a recent HGTV Magazine!  I shared the idea on Instagram, and just like me, everyone loved the rug, too!  I tracked it down online, it has the most perfect happy colors!

Oh, the sales happening this weekend!  My favorite accessories site has 30% off everything with code MEMORIALDAY.

Click arrows to move left and right, then click on photo for product details-

There's an awesome 50% off site-wide sale going on here, and an extra 50% off clearance with code WINWIN.  Here's what I bought-

Ruffle Trim Pencil Skirt (3 colors, I bought white and blue)- I already have several pencil skirts from this brand, they're my favorite (fully lined)!  But mine don't have ruffles!  This is a steal at $17.50!

Square Scarf- I'm wearing them around my neck again (after 20 years!) or tying one on my bag, love the colors on this one!

Here are a few bargains in the clearance sale that are too good to pass up- (Photos are clickable)

Use code WINWIN for these prices!
Cherry Earrings- $7.50 with code
Perfect Summer Statement Necklace (3 colors, I like the turquoise)- $7.50-$10 depending on color
Gingham Dress- perfect for Summer weddings, showers, church, or parties! $25

I mentioned the need to refresh some things on our patio, but our outdoor sofas are still just like new!  I'm so impressed with how these have held up.  They're super comfortable, and even though they're white they're easy to spot clean if needed.  I only take the covers off once (maybe twice but not usually) a year to wash them and they still look great!  They're on sale right now and well worth the investment in my opinion.

Lastly, these dresses are still all the rage! (Still meaning they've been popular again in recent years, I remember wearing one when I was a little girl.)  Available in tons of colors, I think it's a great choice for warm summer days or to wear as a swim coverup too. (They seem to run small, sizing up is highly recommended.)   The blouse is darling too, and also comes in 17 colors!

Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone!  I'm very grateful for those who served our country so we can relax, enjoy family, and do fun things!
