FIVE FRIDAY FAVORITES

Hello friends, happy weekend and Happy Valentine's Day!  I hope you are doing something fun today with the people you love.  We are going to poke around some thrift and antique stores and have no big plans, we'll just see what the day brings- sounds perfect to me!!  Coming to you again on a Saturday instead of Friday for my Five Favorites this week, but you don't mind... right?  We do have a birthday to celebrate today too... this guy turns 14!!  We adopted him and his brother when they were 6 months old after they had been in a shelter up until that point.  We lost Scout in 2021 and still miss him!  Chief is still working hard at finding the best spot to lounge in the sun every day and settling in to watch tv with us at night (he'll only sit beside you on your left- he's not a lap cat!). 🤣  He got an extra splash of milk in his bowl this morning to celebrate.   Speaking of Valentine's Day (our first date was 34 years ago today!), I rec......

MY FAVORITE WALMART DEALS ON SALE!

I always like to look through what's available when Walmart Deals are happening and took some time this morning to browse the sales, there are still a few more days to shop the deals.  There are always so many things to comb through, I try to focus on the best deals and things I might already own or am purchasing myself to share with you.  Found some winners and started some Christmas shopping, hope this list is helpful for you!  This wooden utensils cooking set would be such a beautiful gift!  I'm thinking it would be a great one to have on hand for those "bring a $20 gift" Christmas parties.  😉 I've shared this ruffle trim top with you several times, if you haven't bought it yet now is the time!  It's on sale for under $15 and trust me, it's sooooo good! FIVE FRIDAY FAVORITES

I hope your weekend is off to a great start!  We have a full slate of family activities and church over the weekend, and I'm trying to get my Fall decorations together- too bad it's still in the upper 80s in OKC! 😭😭  Let's get right to my Five Friday Favorites (which are actually posting on a Saturday and there are way more than 5-haha!). I bought a pair of these rechargeable lamps last Spring, and I've enjoyed having them on my patio mantel so much!  They have different light modes, are dimmable, and each charge lasts for days and days.  I accidentally left mine on one night, then proceeded to forget to turn them off each following evening when I noticed they were still on, and they stayed on 24/7 for at least 4-5 days.  And, they are weather resistant so will be perfectly fine under our covered patio.  They are currently under $25 and I actually just ordered a second set to do a fun DIY with- stay tuned!  More patio links here. WEEKEND SALES TOO GOOD NOT TO SHARE!
