DESIGN POST INTERIORS {MY FAVORITE FIVE}

We're playing in D.C. for a few more days, and I'm so happy to have a few more friends to introduce to you this week.  If you're following me on Instagram you've seen lots of the fun so far!

Today, I'm thrilled to have Beth from Design Post Interiors here.  She puts together the most beautiful design boards, and her own home is the perfect combination of calm, color, interest, and texture.  She's also got some fantastic styling skills!  So enjoy...

Thank you so much to all of Jennifer's readers who are welcoming me here today!  I am a huge Dimples and Tangles fan just like all of you.  I found this blog a couple years ago and I instantly loved Jennifer's sweet personality and endless amounts of projects.  The girl is always pulling something fun and colorful out of her bag of tricks!  While Jennifer is traveling and enjoying summer with her family I am stepping in to share some of my favorite posts from my own blog, designPOST interiors.  With the end of another school year it seemed fitting to share my posts yearbook-accolade-style...

Most Favorite DIY

I love my DIY skirted bar because it was so easy to make, super inexpensive, and functional.
I shared this about a year ago and we still use it all the time!
In this post I actually shared my tips on how to create the perfect bar but there is a link within the post which will take you to the DIY itself.

Most Favorite Room in My House

My readers already know that I love this room so much!
I guess it was just so fun to do a girlie space after having two boys.
Plus it has gold and black which are always near and dear to my heart!

Most Favorite Client Project

I shouldn't play favorites because truly I have loved every room I have worked on, but this playroom encompasses so much of what I love...black and white, pops of color, and stripes!

Easiest DIY ever!

I don't have the most patience when it comes to DIY and I don't sew either so anytime I can work with fabric without having to use either of those skills I am happy!
This little flower pot makes me happy!

Ok, so I am cheating a little since this isn't technically one post but a compilation of posts, but these posts are always my most read.  Each Friday I do a weekly round-up of things I love, whether it be a recipe, piece of art, a room, purse, or anything else that has caught my eye that week.  It's a great way for me to mentally de-clutter and I get to share eye-candy with all of you along the way!

Thanks again Jennifer for letting me come hang out today!  I hope that some new people will come over and say hello.  You can find me at any of these places:

Thank you for sharing, Beth!  Now, I know you all will want to see more from Beth, so hop on over and check out her fun DIY artwork pieces and this Gallery Wall that she used the ever-popular and super-cool app Waterlogue to create.

Enjoy your Monday, friends!  We're headed to Georgetown and Old Town Alexandria today, any last minute suggestions?  I'm hoping to stumble across a thrift shop or two, also!
