MY FIVE FAVORITES: FABRICS

Thank you all so much for your sweet comments on our patio reveal yesterday!  We are thrilled to be enjoying it and broadening our hospitality efforts by sharing it with others, and are just so thankful for such a comfortable and cozy outdoor space!

My blog friends Pam of Simple DetailsLisa of Shine Your LightKris of Driven by Decor and I are back today (and the first Tuesday of every month) for this month's feature of My Favorite Five.  Today we're sharing our favorite fabrics!  Oh... where do I even start?

This month we are so happy to have Sarah from Life on Virginia Street as our special guest.  I've enjoyed following Sarah for several years now, and know her to be a fellow fabric lover! Be sure to hop over and check out her favorites today, too.   Isn't her office just stunning?  I'm pretty sure I would get absolutely no work done in there, I'd be too busy just staring at my beautiful surroundings.

Sarah's had her own backyard makeover going on for months and I can't wait to see her big reveal, it's getting oh so close!

Ok, on to my favorite fabrics.  It was so hard to narrow down, but these are all fabrics I've used in my home, and would still choose them over and over again!  In fact, you'll probably see them repeated in multiple photos and moved to multiple places around the house.

Always and forever, Chiang Mai Dragon.  I still receive so many comments and questions about this fabric if readers aren't familiar with it.  There is no other that equals the fabulous mix of bold colors and design.

Would it be wrong to have a little in every room?  Because I'm kinda in love with the green and the ebony color ways as well!

I have two different leopard patterns in different rooms, but I just really love this one.  The tones blend with everything, it has a nice texture, and it's a good, heavy weight fabric yet it's soft and not stiff.

This comes in several colors, I would have a hard time choosing!  I picked up a few large samples from an interior designer's sale, and used one of them to cover a vanity bench in my bathroom.   I have a piece of the gorgeous green, too, waiting for just the right project.

This is the fabric that I used for the drapes in my bedroom.  It's another that I'd put in every room if I could get away with it!

This pattern has been a favorite for a long time, although I only have one little pillow made out of it.  This makes GORGEOUS drapes, too.  That might just be simmering in the back of my mind right now!

So that's my top 5, for today anyway.  ;)  There are so many more I could have included, like that malachite that I recovered the ottomans above in.  You can follow my Fabrics Pinterest Board here to see more of what catches my eye.  Do you have a favorite fabric?  Be sure to head over to Simple DetailsShine Your LightDriven by Decor, and Life on Virginia Street to check out their favorites, too.
