Our Kitchen

I'm working to add more to the "Our Home" tab on my home page, and today I wanted to share our kitchen with you.  I'm not going to say much, just show pictures.  In another post I'll tell you about the changes we made and give you all of the details.
Alright...get your scrolling finger ready...

And, here's a few before and afters taken from similar angles.  The before photos were from the MLS when the house was listed and show the previous owner's items.

Ahhh, the power of paint (and granite, and new appliances ;-).

Go here to see the remodel pictures and read about the changes we made.

  6. Who doesn't love a beautiful transformation? Wow. Really so pretty, Jennifer! We went "dark" when we did our kitchen, but I really love this classy, fresh look, too. (I "need" a mansion so I can play out all the decorating styles I love! Ever feel that way? Lol.)

Can't wait to hear the "deets" on your kitchen. :)

  11. Wow! What a difference! You've got some great cabinet space too. One regret I have is that we didn't put our microwave on it's own shelf or cubby - it's taking up counter space. You kitchen is really great!

  14. I love before and afters! This is a great one. So many of us have the "cookie cutter" oak and tile kitchens to deal with. I never get tired of seeing ways to transform them! I did a similar re-do in our old house, although yours is way better!

Thank you for linking this up to "Cowgirl Up!".

  20. Your kitchen is AMAZING. I hopped over here from the Centsational Girl discussion about inner/outer upper/lower. I think because you have full-wall cabinets, your only choice is inner/outer (like you have).

If you look at Kate's inspiration pictures, all of the kitchens that have full-wall cabinets went with the inner/outer look.

For what my opinion is worth, I don't think you should change anything. Just switch out some fun accessories if you're getting the itch to change something in that GORGEOUS kitchen!
