MERRY CHRISTMAS 2019

Wishing each of you the very Merriest Christmas and a Happy New Year!  I pray you feel loved and know peace this holiday season, ultimately because of the reason we celebrate in the first place... Jesus being born to save us from our sin.  May His love and peace bring rest to your heart!

"For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mightly God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."  Isaiah 9:6

I also wanted to take this opportunity to just say thank you- for being here, for leaving kind words of support and encouragement, and for truly cheering me on in each and every project.  YOU are the reason I continue to share here, and I can't tell you what it means to me when I hear that you're inspired by something I've done to make a little change in your own home.  Thank you for each comment, thumbs up, heart, e-mail, or whatever you do to make the tiniest acknowledgement that you're here and enjoying the content.  Thank you for shopping through my links, which allows me to cover some administrative costs and help provide for my family, as well as keep more projects coming to share!  Honestly, this job is a lot of work and the minute I feel that what I share isn't helpful or inspiring to my readers, there's a lot of other ways that I could spend my time and efforts.  But, I love it and the opportunity to connect with you and am so thankful that you find value in what you read here.  Thank you for hanging in there with me this year.  It was exceptionally busy for our family and I know my posting was much more sporadic than normal, so I appreciate your patience and that you didn't give up on me!

So Merry Christmas, I'll see you in the New Year with 3 major projects to start sharing right off the bat (the kid's bath reveal will finally be coming up, and we're hitting the Master Bath immediately afterwards!)!  I'm excited!

Much love,
Jennifer

P.S.- I've been wanting to do a little semi-regular Q&A here for ages.  I don't mind sharing whatever you want to know, but I don't want to blab on by myself and overshare things you're not interested in!  ;)  Instagram lends itself to easily asking and answering questions and I'll ask this there too at some point, but I'd like to hear from you here on the blog as well if you're not on IG.  Anything you'd like me to answer?  Life, family, blog details, project or product info., anything a little more personal (within reason-ha!)... leave your question in the comments here or send me an email and I'll choose as many as I can to compile in a post just after the new year.  Thanks!

  1. Thank you, Jennifer for sharing your faith so openly, for placing family first and for being an inspiration to many. When I look around my own home (new~downsized this summer) I see so many things that I have added because of your inspiration....a leopard print pillow or two, more blue and white than ever, Ikat curtains, kots of spray paint projects including trays, vases, figurines, and more...thank you for keeping it fresh and real including some of the difficult projects that you have undertaken. Merry Christmas to your family and enjoy the holidays together!

  3. Wow, cool post. I'd like to write like this too - taking time and real hard work to make a great article... but I put things off too much and never seem to get started. Thanks though. Merry Christmas From BoltPosts
