As a couple, my husband and I usually don't celebrate Valentine's day on the actual day.  We like to go out a few days before or after to beat the crowds.  So, for the last I don't know how many years, we have a family dinner on Valentine's Day.  That's all well and good, but this year I decided to set up a special spot for just the two of us.

We'll likely still celebrate Valentine's Day as a family (actually, we'll all be at church for youth group and meetings since it falls on a Wednesday!), but both of the kids have plans tomorrow night so I think we'll take the opportunity to have our own fireside dinner at home while they're gone.  The table is all ready... now what should we get for take-out?  ;)
