OKLAHOMA CITY, MEET HOMEGOODS

All of my blogger friends know the magic of Home Goods, but this post is for my friends in town.  We finally got a Home Goods!  The only way that I've been able to explain it to someone who hasn't been is that it's like the Home Section at TJ Maxx or Marshalls, times 1,000.

Even though our new store is on the complete opposite side of town, I made the trek over last week to check it out.  I snapped a few bad phone pics so you could have a little tour!

There are loads of beautiful mirrors-

A great furniture department-

The lamp selections are abundant (some of my favorite lamps are from HG!)-

Row after row of dishes, whatever color you want!-

A wide selection of kitchen gadgets and cookware-

Area rugs-

Aisles and aisles of pillows (lots of good mongolian fur right now!)-

and aisles and aisles of baskets-

and a huge variety of accessories.

If you're a Home Goods shopper, what's been your favorite find?  If you're not, make the drive to Norman and you'll be hooked!

  10. I didn't know you were deprived of Home Goods until recently. My friend, I am sorry for you ;) But watch out - the goodness is like a siren song and it is hard to stay away. I have 3 or 4 of them within 15 minutes of me...trouble.

  13. I would be soooo happy if the one near me, Southlake, looked half as good as yours! It's amazing how sad this store is,especially since it's located in such an affluent area. I would be dangerous in Norman! :)

  14. I am so jealous...we do not have a Home Goods here. :( The closest one is in St. Louis which is about 1.5-2 hours away. Luckily, we have family there so every time we head into town, I make my husband stop. Love that store with a capital L!

  15. I'm so happy for you! Homegoods is the best. We got one in Louisville last year. Before then- I had to rely on TJ Maxx so I know how you feel. You'll need to hold yourself back or else you may buy the entire store! :)
