CHRISTMAS AT THE GRIFFIN'S {2012-PART 1}

Welcome to our home all dressed up for Christmas!  Today I'll give you a tour of a few different rooms and spaces, and next I'll show you the living room, Christmas Trees, and our front porch.

I'm a red and green girl all the way at Christmas.  The Christmas plaid ribbon is my favorite!  I'm just going to let your look today...let me know in the comments if you have any questions.

We'll begin with the Entry-

French doors wrapped with ribbon (idea via Modern Whimsy Interiors.)

The Dining Room-

Hallway niche with painted wooden gingerbread houses, nutcrackers, and vintage sign-

The kitchen- just a few Christmas touches to go with my new Chalkboard Wall

Thrifted glass trees and white reindeer, snow and feather trees behind deer in dome.

Kitchen Table centerpiece-some of my favorite glass ornaments

My green back door fits in perfectly for the season!

See you tomorrow for Part 2!

  10. You're home is amazing!I love how you've decorated it, but left it with a "homey" feeling to it. It's festive and very elegant, yet looks like a place where one would feel comfortable cuddling up to a good book.

  12. Jennifer, there are so many things to love in your Christmas house. First, your chalkboard wall is fantastic! You are going to have so much fun with that. And I love the bows on your french doors. Now I know why I am never done, I keep seeing more inspiration. I'm a red and green girl too so the rest is all lovely. I can't wait to see the rest.
    Merry Christmas

    Your French doors wrapped up are a fun, but sophisticated surprise. Good grief, Jennifer...I just love every.single.detail.

    You're so inspiring. I wish I had more time to be more detailed with our decor. Next year, next year. I'll start planning in April (Lol) and will come back to these posts! :)

    almost always easy to make a joke about the way a cat ends up lying down or sitting.
