Easter Tablescape {x2}

We have a busy weekend ahead, enjoying Easter family activities on Saturday and then hosting my family for lunch on Sunday after attending Easter services at church.  Today, I played and got the tables ready for guests.  We will have 12 adults and 5 kids...lots of fun!

Dining Room Table {Natural Elegance}

I have some fabric pieces that kind-of look like burlap that I folded into runners and spread down the table.

The fresh flowers were the only things that I purchased for this table.  I really hope those lilies open up by Sunday for the perfect pop of pink!

The nests were a West Elm bargain from a trip to Atlanta.  I lightly spray painted some little plastic eggs and added them to the center.

Kitchen Table {Colorful and Playful}

I made some mini-poms and hot glued them to a skewer before sticking them in my dough-bowl-turned-grass-planter.  Cassie's Peeps Centerpiece was so cute I decided to add a few of my own.  There are also some little feather chicks sitting in a nest-you can't really see in the picture but there's a broken egg shell surrounding of my favorite little decorations!

These little guys are my other favorite spring decoration.  The are similar to bobble-heads but their whole body bounces if you tap them.  So fun!

I had some tiny nests filled with chicks that I didn't know what to do with, so I dabbed a bit of hot glue on some napkin rings and stuck them on.  They will pop right off when I'm finished with them.

I haven't set the kids' table yet...not sure what that one will look like yet!

Happy Easter, Friends!  I hope you enjoy the time with your family.  We look forward to celebrating Jesus, our Risen Lord!  He is Risen!  He is Risen indeed!
