HIPPITY HOPPITY EASTER TABLE

I have a group of fellow tablescape loving friends on Instagram , and we're all sharing our Easter tables over there today.  So of course, I'm sharing with you here on the blog, too!  I shared the colorful flocked bunnies that I got recently with you last week, and I absolutely had to include them in this year's table.  I hope my Hippity Hoppity Easter Table inspires you with a few ideas you can use in your own home!  I bought a few geranium hanging baskets last weekend to perk up our patio until I get more flowers and ferns, and one of them came in handy for the table!  I removed the hanger and just dropped the pot in a large bowl (actually a milk glass punch bowl) then covered up the exposed edges of the pot with Easter eggs.   Flocked bunnies here , here , or here I walked through At Home the other day and spotted these darling little ducks, I couldn't resist adding them in my Spring Decorations!  They come in an 8" size and a 6" size and a......

DIMPLES AND TANGLES READS: BOOKS I'M LOVING LATELY {3}

What is it about cold and dreary winter days and evenings?  All I wanted to do through the coldest weeks of winter is hibernate and read!  Maybe you could tell that by my lack of DIY projects after Christmas... ha!  This list is a whopper, I looked back through my list and found several I'd neglected to share with you in previous posts.  Hope you find something you like!   As a reminder, I'll give a brief summary here (enough to tell you I recommend the book!) without a lot of details, but am linking each book here out of convenience if you'd like to read the more detailed summaries.  However,  I generally check them out from the library, either the physical copy or digital copies through  the "Libby" app  and then upload them to my Kindle account (or you can read directly through the app).  If you're not familiar with Libby I highly recommend it for free e-books and audiobooks by registering with your library card. AFFORDABLE BRIGHT AND CHEERY SPRING FASHION PIECES

Yay!  Spring is here!  Today in lieu of Five Friday Favorites I have some cute clothes to share with you instead.  We are still on a weather roller coaster around here, but I've recently picked up a few new bright and cheery Spring pieces to push my wardrobe on through to sunnier days!   On a recent grocery trip to Walmart  this gingham trench style jacket totally caught my eye-   Gingham Trench Coat - already marked down!   ||   Medallion Sandals - under $20!  ||  Earrings   ||  Necklace  ||  Bracelets  ||  Ring- College Graduation Coin Ring! 😁 My Bathroom Details It's light blue and forest green, the prettiest combo and so versatile-  I wore it here to church one Sunday but it's also so easy to throw on over a t-shirt and jeans or leggings to instantly look put together when running errands.  It's a really thick cotton fabric (not actually water repellant, just the trench......

VALENTINE'S DAY ENTRY AND MANTEL DECORATIONS

Happy Friday... Happy February... happy all the things!  We've been iced in all week until our temps got high enough to melt everything off yesterday afternoon and the sun has been out, it's glorious!   I got our porch all decorated for Valentine's Day before the bad weather hit but took advantage of time time cooped up to sprinkle some little Valentine's Day decorations around inside.  I don't do much, I find myself focusing on some entry and mantel decorations for the most part and calling it good!  I actually kept the entry table very simple and just had some fun with the mirror! I found these small honeycomb hearts at Hobby Lobby with their Valentine's Day decorations.  They are actually sold as a hanging garland, connected with clear fishing wire.  I intended to leave them as is and just hang them streaming down the mirror, but the clear line was bugging me so I just cut it off.  I did find it helpful though to space the hearts pretty evenly......

VALENTINE'S DAY PICKS FOR YOUR HOME AND YOUR STYLE

Valentine's Day makes me want to round up and pull out alllll the cute things!  I mean, you know I'm totally on board with a holiday where red and pink are the colors of choice!
