I'm enjoying taking an occasional Friday to share some of my favorites with you, things that are new to me or tried and true items that I love, and I think you will too! There's always a mix of home, fashion, accessories, or whatever catches my eye. *This post contains affiliate links, see my full disclosure policy here . Every time I share a photo with my green throw in it, I get questions about the source. I found it 4 years ago at Homegoods and have tried hard since then to find sources to share with you without much luck. A sweet reader tracked one down last week and shared with me if you're looking for your own Green Cable Knit Throw . Although not the exact color, here's another option of the same style that comes in 17 colors. It has a fantastic price tag and great reviews, and I especially like the bright blue and navy blue. It would be such a great gift as we approach wedding/shower season! ...

SIMPLE, NO-FAIL HOMEMADE CRESCENT ROLLS
There are plenty of times that I pull store bought rolls out of the freezer to use for dinner, but there's still nothing quite like homemade bread! Today I'm sharing my favorite homemade crescent rolls recipe with you. I make these for many of our family gatherings and when we have company, and even keep a supply of frozen ones to use for everyday dinners. I clipped the recipe out of the newspaper years ago (pre-Pinterest!) and it truly is a no-fail, tried and true winner! ...

LEMON THEMED SPRING OR EASTER TABLESCAPE
Welcome back, friends! First of all, thank you so much for all of your nice comments on my Spring Tour yesterday, you all are so kind! We slipped away for a few days of down time and had limited wi-fi access, so I'm still catching up back at home today. I'm so excited today to be part of something a little different... sweet Heather at Southern State of Mind has organized a virtual Progressive Dinner Blog Party! A fabulous group of bloggers that I'm honored to be included with are all sharing some aspect relating to a Spring dinner party- whether it's a favorite recipe or tablescape- and we'll virtually hop from house to house to participate. You know I can't resist the opportunity to create a new tablescape, so today I'm sharing a lemon themed table just right for a Spring dinner party or even for Easter- did you realize it's only a little over a week away??? ...

HAND PAINTED BAMBOO BOOKSHELF BACKS TUTORIAL
I was up until 2:30 last night finishing up projects so I can photograph for my Spring Tour, so I'm scrambling to get this post up this morning! I didn't want to wait any longer to share our painted bamboo bookshelf backs that I've been working on in the living room, and I'll show you how I did them. It wasn't a hard project, but it was an involved project that you definitely have to be committed to. ...

SIMPLE MAKE AHEAD SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE RECIPE
This has been a favorite breakfast casserole recipe in our house for years. It's perfect for weekends, Christmas morning, and it's my go-to for brunch, showers, and feeding teachers at VBS every year. The ingredients are very basic- you probably have everything on hand- and even the pickiest eaters gobble it up. ...

A FEW THINGS...
I'm knee deep (more like neck deep!) in a variety of projects but I wanted to pop in and give you a little peek of what's coming. I often share bits and pieces on my Instagram stories of what I'm working on, but I realize that many of you might not see those so I thought I'd share here, too. First up, I told you a few weeks ago that I had plans for the shelves in the living room . That project stretched out for about 2 weeks working off and on when I decided to hand paint a pattern on it. It got a bit tedious and I had flashbacks of painting the Powder Bath walls , but I'm so happy with how it turned out! Here's a little peek. As many of you suggested I decided to paint the mantel white and although I was worried about it being too stark against the brick, it's not and I love it! ...
